Public Input Sessions

On February 7, 2023, the board of Downtown Bloomsburg, Inc. conducted a public meeting to solicit input from downtown business owners and interested community members.  The board felt that it could be more effective in setting organizational goals and working with businesses if it engaged in a direct dialogue.

​

Over 70 business owners and community members were in attendance for the meeting.  

​

An immediate result of the meeting was the decision to convene a series of similar meetings throughout the year and the creation of three primary committees: marketing; events; outreach.  Committee membership is open to the public.
