DBI is a non-profit organization maintained by a volunteer board.  We raise funds annually for our efforts in the downtown from two fundraising train rides.  With these funds we pay operational costs - website maintenance, accounting support, annual audit, advertising, insurance and underwrite event costs.

There is so much more we could do ... with your support.

• Provide free entertainment in The Avenue

• Provide flower container gardens throughout the downtown

• Create public art throughout the downtown

• Provide more outdoor seating throughout the downtown

• Continue improvements to The Avenue - overhead lighting, seating, murals
